The Sabre V4 is described as a dynamic trail runner that grips well across different trail conditions and feels suited to getting off the road and into the countryside.
It uses a lightweight one piece upper with a hot melt cage and speed locking lace system to keep the foot stable and secure while moving over uneven ground. The shoe also uses an EVA midsole, which gives it a smoother and more comfortable ride than a very basic trail shoe while still keeping things fairly simple and direct.
Dynagrip rubber: The outsole uses high traction Dynagrip rubber with multi directional lugs to improve grip on dirt, mud, and mixed trail surfaces.
Multi directional lugs: The lug pattern is designed to help the shoe bite into changing terrain and improve confidence on slippery or uneven paths.
EVA midsole: The EVA midsole provides cushioning and helps soften the feel of each step, giving the shoe a smoother response on trails.
One piece upper: The upper is built as a lightweight one piece construction to reduce bulk and help the shoe feel simpler and more agile.
Hot melt cage: The hot melt cage adds structure and support across the upper, helping keep the foot more stable on trail movement.
Speed locking lace system: This lacing setup is meant to hold the foot securely so the shoe feels locked in during active use.
