Competition

For a chance to win the Prize (as defined below), you must meet the Entry Requirements and enter by following the Entry Instructions during the Competition Period. Exclusions apply.

One (1) Winner will win one (1) pair of Nike Air Max Fire trainers in a UK size at the Promoter’s discretion (subject to availability) (the ‘Trainers’).

09:00 on 05/03/2026 until 23:59 on 26/03/2026

Entry Requirements

1. You must:

   a. enter using your own personal active Platform account (corporate accounts are excluded from participating in this Competition);

   b. be resident in the United Kingdom;

   c. be aged 18 or over (the Promoter may ask for copies of documentation to evidence this); and

   d. hold a valid UK postal address.

2. Entries must be received within the Competition Period.

Entry Instructions

To enter the Competition, you must:

1. Click on the Apple Store or Google Play link in the competition banner found in an email from the Promoter* and download the Sports Direct UK App;
2. Submit your entry within the Competition Period to be valid.

*The email will only be sent to those customers that have consented to receive email marketing communications from the Promoter prior to the Competition Period.

Exclusions

The following exclusions apply to this Competition:

a. the Competition does not apply to entries received before or after the Competition Period; and

b. Employees and agents of the Promoter and/or its group companies are not eligible to participate in this Competition.

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Competition

1. In order to enter the Competition, you must meet the Entry Requirements and follow the Entry Instructions as set out above. Restrictions apply.

2. Entrants can only use the same email address once to enter the Competition (duplications of the same email address will be removed) and no third party or automated entries are permitted and attempts to impersonate or use another account will result in disqualification from the Competition.

3. After the Competition Period has ended, one (1) winner will be chosen by an independent generator at random, from all valid entries received, and verified by the Promoter (the ‘Winner’).

4. The Promoter will email the Winner within 7 days of the Competition Period ending, using the email address linked to the Winner’s account on the App, to notify the Winner that they have won and confirm which Trainers the Winner has chosen and the size (subject to availability).

5. The Winner must contact the Promoter within 48 hours from receiving the email to confirm:

   a. that they accept the Prize and these terms and conditions;

   b. that they meet the Entry Requirements (the Promoter may ask for copies of documentation to evidence this); and

   c. any other specific information required relevant to the Prize (including the Trainers they have chosen and the size required), as may be requested by the Promoter at its discretion.

6. If the Winner does not make contact or does not provide confirmation as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to decide whether to select a replacement Winner or not.

7. If postage of the Prize is required, the Promoter will bear the full cost of postage of the Prize to an address in the United Kingdom (excluding the Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland).

8. The Prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with alternative Prize of equal value. The substitute Prize will be determined at the Promoters’ sole discretion, and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise corrupted.

12. If requested by an entrant to the Competition, other than the Winner, the surname and county of the Winner of the Prize can be provided by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited, Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY. If you are the Winner of the Prize, we will disclose your surname and the county you live in to anyone who requests this information, unless you notify the Promoter upon notification pursuant to clause 5 of these terms that you do not want us to disclose this information. In the event that the Promoter is required to disclose such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged, nothing in these terms shall prevent the Promoter from doing so without undue delay.

13. Any personal data collected by the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

14. The decision made by the Promoter as to those able to take part and selection of the Winner is final.

15. No correspondence relating to the Competition will be entered into, other than corresponding with the Winner.

16. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

17. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.

18. The Promoter’s liability, to any entrant, the Winner or any other third party in relation to the Competition, is limited to £50.00 (unless such limitations of liability are not permitted by law).

19. No cash or alternative product or compensation will be offered in the case of cancellation of the Competition.

20. By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

21. The Promoter may cancel the Competition by giving notice on this webpage.

22. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Competition.

23. Where the Competition is hosted/available on a Platform, the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that Platform. You are providing your information to the Promoter. By participating in the Competition you agree to complete release of the Platform from any claims in connection with this Competition. You remain subject to the Platform’s terms and conditions.

24. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
