On 17 October, After Dark Tour comes back to London. Between now and then, there's the grind, and that's where we come in.
Sports Direct is the official training partner of the Nike After Dark Tour London 2026. That means four training sessions across three cities, running from August through to October. Time on your feet with coaches, experts, athletes and other runners driving towards the same goal.
Every session lands on proper tracks in London, Manchester and Birmingham, because the night doesn't only belong to one postcode. Nike coaches take the warm-up, the work and the cool-down. Pacers run the slow, medium and fast groups, so whatever your pace is, there's a group for it. And every session comes with a room, a conversation, and something to take away long after your legs stop aching.
Here's what to expect.
The one that hurts in the good way. All about the mechanics of running faster than you think you can hold, plus a breakdown of where speed work fits in your build. Afterwards, stay for the panel on training with your cycle, and how to fuel and recover across every phase.
Pacing, effort, and knowing what to do with your head in the first kilometre when everyone around you goes out too hard. We'll also be talking women's safety after dark, honestly and practically, because running at night shouldn't cost you your peace of mind.
Comfortably hard. The pace that teaches your body what race effort actually feels like. Before you run, take a pair of the new Nike Pegasus 42 Plus out for a trial while a coach talks you through what to feel for. After you run, an SiS nutrition expert breaks down how to fuel your running. What to take on, when, and what to leave well alone.
The last one of the series. More speed work, this time about sharpening what you've built across the previous three. First though, a mental fitness workshop with Maya Raichoora on visualisation, the part nobody photographs. How to talk to yourself at kilometre eight when the wheels are wobbling.
Four sessions. Three cities. Two months of work.
