The Topeak Drybag Wedge uses sonically welded, seam sealed 420 and 840 denier nylon, and you'll find rigid Ethylene Vinyl Acetate foam inside holding the aerodynamic wedge shape. The roll closure folds down and buckles tight to shut the water out.
