The Novus Boost Evo TM Superflow takes the proven shape of Selle Italia's road-going Novus and re-engineers it for gravel. A wave-shaped profile holds the ischial bones in place for extra stability over rough terrain, while an extra-padded insert absorbs surface chatter from gravel, hardpack and broken tarmac alike. The wide Superflow channel cuts pressure on the perineal area, one of the most common causes of discomfort on long rides. The shell is built from a carbon composite and high-grade nylon polymer for a strong, lightweight base, mounted on tubular Cromoly/manganese rails (,7mm) that flex slightly to soak up road shock before it reaches the rider. A hand-finished Soft-Tek polyurethane cover adds a further layer of comfort and durability, and a shock-absorbing interface between shell and rail further dulls vibration on long adventure rides.
Key features: , Superflow central cut-out for perineal pressure relief , Wave-shaped profile for stability on rough terrain , Carbon composite/nylon shell with manganese tubular rails (,7mm) , Soft-Tek polyurethane cover, hand-applied , Extra padding + shock-absorber interface between shell and rails , Intended use: Gravel
