The Total Resistance System (TRS) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with a set of Power Handles and ankle straps, which allows you to alternate between upper and lower body exercises. With our indoor and outdoor anchors, you can train anywhere at any time. 5 different levels of resistance tubes are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth. All tubes come with a build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training. The TRS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).
