Built for pace on firm natural grass, Nike's Air Zoom Mercurial Vapor 16 Elite pairs a soft synthetic Flyknit upper with a lace-up fit and a bladed soleplate. You'll get a near-barefoot feel on the ball every time you take a touch. It's cut snug and narrow, so going half a size up gives your foot more room.
Product Highlights
- Pliable Flyknit upper adds surface grip to the ball during close dribbling
- Weighs around 190 g per boot, so there's less resistance when you're at full speed
- Chevron studs bite in for strong traction as you accelerate
- Asymmetrical lacing holds your foot securely in the snug fit
- Cushioned insole adds comfort underfoot
Best For
- Wingers and strikers who rely on bursts of straight-line pace
- League matches on grass pitches at the start of a new season
- Technical training drills built around first touch and close control
