Cut full length with a 27" inseam, these New Balance reflective tights reach right down to your ankle with no gap and hold close in a compression fit. There's a high-waisted rise up top, and the open hems fold up to reveal reflective taping that you'll keep hidden when the cuffs are down. Flatlock seams run throughout for a smooth feel against your skin.
