Sports Direct Membership is our loyalty programme that rewards members with benefits from exclusive offers, events and monthly prize draws. More benefits will be unlocked the more you shop. To be the first to hear about your latest benefits, you can log in into your online account and opt in to our email marketing communications under ‘Preferences’. You can turn on your app notifications within the Sports Direct app by enabling ‘Receive notifications’ under ‘Preferences’ within the ‘Profile’ section. You can also turn on your app notifications in your device’s notification centre.

Sports Direct Membership is completely free to join. To become a member, sign up and create an online account via the Sports Direct app available on the Apple and Google Play. Alternatively, you can visit sportsdirect.com and create an online account.

If you already have a Sport Direct account, this automatically makes you a Sports Direct Member. To access your membership area, simply log in to your account and click on ‘Profile’. You will find ‘Membership benefits’ under ‘My membership’.

You can download the Sports Direct app on Apple and Android devices via the app store. If you are in store, there will be QR codes around the store where you can download the app and sign up to membership.

You can find your member pass/QR code within your Sports Direct app, under the ‘Profile’ section. This is also where you can download your member pass to your Apple or Google Wallet.

Your birthday offer will be available in your membership area from the day of your birthday for 30 days. The membership area is accessed through your online account. To receive the birthday offer, you must share your date of birth with us; you can update this information in your online account. Please keep in mind when you change your date of birth, it can take up to 12 hours for your offer to show up in your member area. Additionally, if you are signed up for Sports Direct marketing emails, you will be reminded of your birthday offer via email. You can sign up for emails and update your email communication preferences through your online account as well.

To redeem free access to the Everlast Gyms app, visit your membership area, navigate to the Everlast Gyms app benefit, then follow the link to create an account. Once you've created an account you can go ahead and download the Everlast Gyms app and sign in with the account you just created. This offer is available for all members and can be used one time only. Members will have access to the Everlast Gyms app for 12 months from the date of account creation.

Show your member pass which can be found under the 'Profile' section along with a Photo ID to a staff member at one of our gyms, who will apply the discount for you. This benefit is available on an annual Champion membership only and available for both new and existing members of the Everlast Gyms, 12 months from the date of activation. Members will receive £60 off across the year (£5 off every month).

You will be automatically entered into the monthly prize draw if you have completed a transaction in-store or online during the promotional period of the prize draw. All transactions must be tracked, either in-store using your member pass or while logged in to your account online or via the app. All tracked transactions count as entries into the prize draw, with each transaction providing one entry per day (e.g., 2 transactions = 2 entries). Prize draw winners will be selected on the 1st of Monday every month and the membership team will communicate with the winners via email within 7 days after this date.

For your offer to automatically apply at the checkout, in-store or online, you will need to activate your offer in the membership area beforehand.  

When you have multiple offers active on your account, the best offer will be automatically applied online or in-store. Once you have activated an offer, you won’t be able to deactivate it.  

Each offer has it's own terms and exclusions which can be found here. For each transaction, you can only use one offer and the best offer will always automatically apply.

Frasers Plus and Sports Direct Membership are independent products/programmes and are managed separately. Frasers Plus is a credit product where customers can accrue points and earn rewards and is managed separately in the Frasers Plus app. You can sign up for both Frasers Plus and Sports Direct Membership; however, you cannot use Frasers Plus benefits and Sports Direct Membership offers in the same transaction. However, if you are a Frasers Plus customer, you can use the Frasers Plus payment method to pay for your goods after a Sports Direct Membership offer has been applied.

If you would like to be one of the first to know about our latest member benefits, please log in into your online account and opt in to our marketing communications to receive email under ‘Preferences’. To receive app notifications, please turn on ‘Receive Notifications’ under ‘Preferences’ within your Sports Direct app.  

If you no longer want to be a Sports Direct member, you can delete your membership by logging into your online account through the app and selecting “Delete Profile.” This will delete your Sports Direct account and subsequently your Sports Direct Membership; your marketing preferences will not be affected. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service to request your account deletion.

Unfortunately, if you forgot to scan your member pass in store, we can’t retrospectively append your transaction back to your account. To prevent this from happening, we strongly recommend downloading your member pass to your wallet for ease of access, through your ‘Profile’ area.

Yes membership will be activated across all standalone Sports Direct stores and you can use your member pass and redeem any member offers in multi-brand stores but only against Sports Direct products.
