The rug will soak up excess moisture so the wet doesn,t become a slipping hazard while the fibres trap dust and dirt, stopping it trailing across the floor and the latex backing helps reduce movement while you wipe your shoes/boots and when the mat gets dirty, simply pop the mat in the wash at 30 degrees and it will look like new.
