Care Instruction:
- Aluminium Body Care: Wipe the aluminium body with a dry cloth after use to remove dirt; avoid hitting hard rocks or surfaces (prevents dents/scratches that weaken the pole). Do not expose to extreme moisture for long (prevents minor oxidation).
- TPR Grip Care: Clean the TPR grip with a damp cloth to remove sweat or grime; air-dry fully (avoids grip degradation and maintains a non-slip hold). Avoid using harsh soaps that may damage the rubber texture.
- PP Components Care: Wipe PP parts (e.g., adjustment collars) with a dry cloth to remove debris; avoid over-tightening adjustment mechanisms (prevents wear on PP and maintains smooth height adjustment).
- Snow Basket & Rubber Tip Care: Remove snow/mud from the basket after use; rinse with water if needed then dry. Replace the rubber tip if it becomes worn (ensures grip on hard terrain); store accessories separately if not in use to avoid loss.
- Storage Care: Collapse the pole to its closed height (65cm) before storing; keep in a dry, cool place (e.g., a hiking gear bag). Avoid leaning heavy items on the pole (prevents bending the aluminium body).
- Adjustment Maintenance: Check height-locking mechanisms before each use; ensure they’re secure to avoid unexpected collapsing. Clean adjustment collars with a dry brush periodically to remove dust buildup.
