Want the classic high-top shape with a softer ride? The Converse Malden Street sets a cotton canvas upper on a vulcanised rubber sole, with a lace-up front that pulls the fit in close. It's carrying an OrthoLite insole, so there's more cushioning underfoot than the original Chuck Taylor.
Product Highlights
- Cotton canvas upper keeps the weight low through long days on your feet
- OrthoLite insole stays breathable as the hours add up
- Vulcanised rubber sole grips hard pavement and holds its shape
- Padded collar softens the pressure where the high-top sits
- Lace-up fastening lets you pull the fit tighter or ease it off
Best For
- Walking the city all day and commutes done on foot
- Casual meet-ups and evenings out when trainers still need to look sharp
- Anyone who grew up on the Chuck Taylor shape and wants a comfier version
