Relax in the many heat experiences on offer, these include an applewood, nordic barrel sauna and eucalyptus crystal steam room that both cleanse the body and remove impurities. Following this, the ice fountain is a great way to cool the body down after using their heat rooms. Simply take handfuls of ice-flakes from the bowl and rub into the skin helping the pores to close. Located outside in the hidden courtyard you can soak in one of two open air hot tubs, overlooking delightful views of the countryside.
