England Away Shirt Money Back Offer
- The Competition
a) Entrants to the competition are bound by the entry instructions as published here.
b) The competition will run from Wednesday 10th February 2010 – Friday 26th February 2010 12pm
.
- The Promoter
The promoter of the competition is Sportsdirect.com Retail Ltd., Unit A, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY
- The Prize
a) The prize consists of access for two people to the England Team Training Session on Tuesday 2nd March at 10am at Arsenal Training Centre, Bell Lane, London Colney, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 1DR. *guests to arrive no earlier than 9.45am
b) The winner will also receive two tickets for the match the following day on
Wednesday 3rd March, to be played at Wembley against Egypt. Kick off time at
8pm.
c) £100 of travel expenses can be redeemed on proof of receipt.
d) The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries before Friday 26th February 2010 at 12pm and the winner will be notified on the same day. The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner but if these attempts are unsuccessful, the promoters reserve the right to draw a new winner at random from the remaining entries.
e) No cash alternative will be offered and this prize is not transferable to any other person.
f) In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
About
- Entry Conditions
a) Employees of Sports Direct companies, employees of Umbro and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering.
b) Every customer pre ordering any variant of the England Away 2010 kit (including all shirts, shorts, socks and kits) will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
c) All entrants of the competition must be over the age of 16.
d) All entrants under the age of 18 must have gained the permission of their parent or guardian before entering the competition.
e) By entering the draw, entrants agree that their details may be used in future marketing activity and that, if they win, their details may also be disclosed to anyone requesting details of the prize winner. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity relating to this promotion.
f) The Promoter shall not be liable in the event that the training session is cancelled or altered for any reason.
g) All attendees to the England Training Session must act responsibly and courteously at all times and must respect other attendees. The Promoters shall be entitled to prevent any person from taking part in the training session if it deems the behaviour of that person unsuitable.
h) Entries which are not in accordance with the entry instructions will be invalid.
- Notification of Winner
a) The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries before Friday 26th February 2010 at 12pm.
b) The entrants will be notified personally via telephone to confirm that they are a winner and acceptance of the prize, within 1 day of the selection dates in clause 5(a).
c) The winner’s names will be available on request from the promoter after the closing date, requests should be made by post.
d) The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into other than with the winner.
- Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.
